TransferGo is a growing fintech scale-up seeking a MarTech Lead to own and manage their marketing ecosystem, CMS, marketing systems, automation, analytics, and AI-powered tooling. The role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Martech, digital operations, or technical marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress strongly preferred), marketing systems including CRM and automation tools, and analytics.
  • Experience building or integrating AI-driven workflows, agents, or orchestration tools.
  • Strong understanding of web integrations, API-based workflows, and marketing analytics (GTM, GA4).
  • Experience managing or overseeing developers, freelancers, or technical contractors.
  • An ownership mindset: taking initiative, driving execution, and improving things without being asked.
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable working across marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical or Martech initiatives from scoping to delivery.
  • Interest in testing emerging tools and a track record of driving practical digital innovation.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and programmatic SEO at scale.
