HDR is seeking a Transit Strategic Program Growth Director to support the growth of our transit engineering, rail and transit systems, operations and maintenance facilities programming and planning business classes within our Transportation Business Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transit and rail planning, engineering, and construction, and experience in developing and enhancing transportation client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Professional Engineering license (P.E.)
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
- Experience developing and enhancing transportation client relationships throughout the complete life cycle of project delivery
- Ability to work cooperatively with regional and local office managers, other area business group directors, technical directors and marketing managers
