What will you do?
- Own the entire relationship with clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Deep dive into customer queries to understand the root cause of the problem and communicate problem to the relevant team in a structured way.
- Develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices as well as customer support content.
- Have an in-depth understanding of our products.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Deadline and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
