We are looking for a Client Value Executive – Account Management – Financial Services to join our team. As a Client Value Executive, you will be responsible for collaborating with Client Executives to manage accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for closing opportunities in salesforce, implementing products and solutions with clients, and communicating with clients on a regular basis. Additionally, you will be responsible for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, as well as gathering Voice of User feedback and working closely with the Sales Support team to complete administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years direct sales experience with large FI’s
- Desire to cross-sell/up-sell solutions to existing clients
- Strong business acumen & Financial Services and Auto industry experience with the ability to articulate TransUnion’s value proposition
- Experience with managing, expanding & renewing high value contracts with clients and legal teams
- Established problem solving skills & project management experience
- Ability to navigate the TU internal matrix and identify the appropriate resources
- Project management experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
