Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an organized, detail-driven Coordinator, Campaigns & Hotel Marketing to support our Southeast Asia (SEA) Partnerships & Promotions team, covering Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships, account management, marketing coordination, or a related commercial support role
- Proven experience providing administrative and coordination support in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one local SEA language
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Confidence engaging professionally with external partners and senior internal stakeholders
- Experience preparing partner proposals, presentations, business reviews, or plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel inter- and intra-state as required
