Senior Underwriter / Account Executive Director – Construction Loss Sensitive

We are looking for a Senior Underwriter / Account Executive Director to partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 8-10 years of relevant underwriting experience, and expert-level knowledge of construction loss sensitive products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8-10 years of relevant underwriting experience
• Expert level knowledge of construction loss sensitive products, the regulatory environment, and the local insurance market
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to proactively identify underwriting, marketing, or financial challenges
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully negotiate in difficult situations with agents and brokers
• CPCU designation
