The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns while managing the systems and processes that support demand generation. The role plays a key role in improving operational processes, enhancing lead lifecycle programs, and supporting scalable, data-driven marketing performance.
Requirements
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns in Marketo, including email programs, webinars, nurtures, and batch campaigns
- Manage campaign setup, QA, and deployment to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Partner closely with Demand Generation, Content, and Web teams to bring campaigns to life
- Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle processes, including lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle stages
- Monitor and troubleshoot sync between Marketo and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Support list segmentation, data hygiene, and enrichment efforts to improve targeting and performance
- Refine and document operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and repeatability
- Assist in building and maintaining reporting frameworks for campaign performance and attribution
- Identify opportunities to improve automation and reduce manual effort across marketing programs
