The Tremendous platform and API lets organizations handle these one-off payments. We already work with 5,000+ organizations, including Google, Stripe, Atlassian, Pinterest, and we process $100M+ / year in volume.

About the role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner with sales, success, marketing, and data teams to establish new and improve existing processes to accelerate go-to-market efforts. This is an opportunity to help build a new function from the ground up and make a meaningful impact on Tremendous’ growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and own processes to ensure clean and accurate CRM data
  • Manage quota and commission planning, tracking & reporting
  • Work with cross functional teams to optimize the sales flow and accelerate deal delivery
  • Own documentation of sales processes
  • Help manage account/territory/vertical target lists, assignments and lead scoring initiatives
  • Be a power user of sales productivity tools (Hubspot, Outreach, 6Sense, etc) to ensure maximum utilization
  • Identify areas for opportunity, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to drive growth

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in analytic roles within sales, finance or operations functions
  • Comfort and competence in early stage environments building processes from the ground up
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills and experience with Mode (or equivalent analytics tools)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, determine insights and develop programs to drive productivity and efficiencies
  • Highly analytical and data driven decision making skills and mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Bonus Points if you:
    – Have experience supporting direct sales teams across Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB prospects spanning several verticals
    – Have experience with Outreach.io, Hubspot and other CRM software systems
