Trexo Robotics is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the company’s sales growth in the UK market, responsible for direct sales to families and professional partners, and navigating funding and access pathways. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, assistive technology, or high-value direct sales environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, assistive technology, healthcare, or other high-value direct sales environments.
- Proven ability to sell directly to consumers (B2C) and guide customers through complex purchasing decisions.
- Experience navigating funding, reimbursement, or access pathways for medical devices, rehabilitation technology, assistive technology, or other high-value healthcare products.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with families.
- Experience managing a structured sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing sales data.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the UK for customer meetings, demonstrations, and events.
