Tricentis is seeking a Customer Growth Account Manager to help customers accelerate their testing journey and achieve success with the SeaLights Quality Intelligence Platform.

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive Customer Success or Account Management experience with complex accounts
  • Amenable to reporting on a night shift schedule
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for your assigned account base
  • Passion for helping others and seeing your customers succeed
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Project Management, Training or Coaching
  • Ability to travel to customer location on occasion
