Tricentis is seeking a Customer Growth Account Manager to help customers accelerate their testing journey and achieve success with the SeaLights Quality Intelligence Platform.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive Customer Success or Account Management experience with complex accounts
- Amenable to reporting on a night shift schedule
- Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for your assigned account base
- Passion for helping others and seeing your customers succeed
- Self-motivated and proactive team player
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Project Management, Training or Coaching
- Ability to travel to customer location on occasion
