Responsibilities:
- Own the outbound email process, to include the intake of requests, email builds, segmentation, deployment, execution and reporting.
- Manage the overall email promotional calendar.
- Ensure prompt, accurate and error-free communication with customers and prospects to increase marketing activities and minimize unsubscribes.
- Review email results and recommend optimization strategies.
- Work with marketing teams to grow and clean email lists.
- Work with nurture operations to supply replacement and updated emails.
- Ad-hoc reporting from marketing automation platform (Marketo) as well as Salesforce.
- Ensure emails follow industry standards, best practices and privacy policies.
- Ensure all email marketing templates are on-brand and current.
- Own the Stensul technology – including vendor relationship, templates, and routing process.
- Drive A/B testing strategies to continually improve performance of open, click-through, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with email marketing best practices and integrate them into our strategies.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing or related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing operations or demand generation experience in B2B technology required.
- Minimum of 2 years working in Marketo.
- Usage of Asana for task tracking a plus.
- Must possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
- Metrics-driven.
- Experience working in marketing teams with proven success and high initiative in the creation, execution and tracking of effective marketing campaigns.
- High energy, self-directed, team player and extremely detail oriented.
- Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from other teams.
