Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring teams, with a heart for coaching early-career talent.
  • Sales Expertise: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within lead prospecting and qualification cycles.
  • Strategic Communicator: Ability to transmit complex information clearly and collaborate effectively across diverse departments.
