Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with at least 5 years at the Executive/VP level leading business transformations
- Successful experience leading a global on-premises to Cloud ERP migration within a complex, multi-entity environment
- Deep expertise in designing Global Business Services (GBS) and scaling transactional finance processes like O2C, R2R, and P2P
- Master of matrix fluency with a proven ability to influence and lead across diverse functions including Finance, IS, and Sales
