The Foundation Data Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on donor data to support strategic fundraising initiatives for the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Region’s philanthropy offices in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, database management, or development operations, preferably within a nonprofit or healthcare environment
- Experience with donor CRM systems (e.g. Blackbaud, NXT, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience with online fundraising platforms
- Advanced computer skills, particularly using relational databases, especially Blackbaud products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Pivot Tables, and Word
