Requirements
- Achieve sales targets by developing and managing accounts within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with facility staff to promote hospice services and facilitate referrals.
- Screen and complete referrals to ensure patient eligibility and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate in case conferences with healthcare team members as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and professionals.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts and track progress toward sales goals.
- Adhere to company policies, participate in training, and stay informed on industry standards.
