The Hospice Account Executive is responsible for driving hospice service sales within a designated market, focusing on facility and physician admissions. The role involves building relationships with referral sources, managing territory sales, and ensuring efficient patient referrals and transitions to hospice care.

Requirements

  • Achieve sales targets by developing and managing accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with facility staff to promote hospice services and facilitate referrals.
  • Screen and complete referrals to ensure patient eligibility and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate in case conferences with healthcare team members as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and professionals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts and track progress toward sales goals.
  • Adhere to company policies, participate in training, and stay informed on industry standards.
