We are a fast-growing startup working with major industry partners and scaling rapidly across golf and experiential travel.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager / Sales Operations & Customer Success Coordinator to work directly with the CEO and support sales growth, customer relationships, proposal and contract management, CRM management, and outbound business development efforts.

Position Overview
This role combines sales support, account management, customer service, operations, and executive support. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help manage the sales pipeline, coordinate follow-ups, prepare proposals and contracts, support customers and partners, and help keep business development initiatives moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Support
- Support the CEO and sales leadership team with pipeline management and follow-up
- Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, onboarding materials, and sales documentation
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and partner communications
- Assist with outbound sales outreach and follow-up campaigns
- Track leads, opportunities, and deal stages in the CRM
- Build pipelines in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and account records
CRM & Administrative Operations
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales activity
- Organize customer and partner documentation
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, and sales operations processes
- Coordinate onboarding and account setup activities
- Help manage inbound inquiries and routing
Customer Service & Partner Support
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and partners when necessary
- Help resolve issues and ensure strong customer communication
- Support onboarding and relationship management efforts
- Coordinate internally with operations, product, and leadership teams
Startup & Executive Support
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and special projects
- Help keep projects organized, moving, and on track
- Assist with conference preparation, outreach, and partnership coordination
- Contribute ideas and help improve operational processes as the company scales
Qualifications
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in sales support, account management, customer service, operations, hospitality, travel, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a startup environment
- Will consider a college graduate with a strong work ethic and drive for success
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup and sales experience a plus
- Sports, golf, hospitality, wellness, or travel industry experience a plus
- Experience supporting senior executives or sales leaders
- Experience with outbound sales or business development
- Familiarity with contracts, proposals, or partnership coordination
