Sarasota National Golf Club is seeking an Events Manager to provide an exceptional member experience through positive communication, technology assistance, and administrative support. - Excellent verbal and written skills including experience in marketing events
- Strong interpersonal skills including experience building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of people and organizations
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Maintains communication with outside vendors contracted for a specific event
- Prepares and executes a detailed outline of events as needed
- Welcomes all members and guests with positivity and enthusiasm
- Write and manage club communications, including marketing brochures, newsletter, local media, social media platforms, club app, website communication, and maintenance, etc.
- Strong computer and technology skills is a must to handle workload
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CANVA, CLUB ESSENTIAL, EZSUITE & RAMCO is helpful
- Basic to intermediate graphic design/layout skills a plus
