Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the leaders in transportation and logistics and build the future of freight. We are looking for an exceptional Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and make an immediate impact.

As a Revenue Operations Manager and our first Revenue Operations hire, you’ll have the opportunity to build and shape a function directly responsible for unlocking Trucker Tools’ growth to drive net new sales and retention through process and tech stack design and optimization. You’ll report to the VP of Sales & Account Management. We’re seeking a strong operator to help grow and shape a truly mission-critical function responsible for scaling Trucker Tools’ growth processes.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll be responsible for designing and building foundations for a variety of 0-1 initiatives within the Revenue Operations function across our processes and tech stack.
  • Drive the build, execution, monitoring & ongoing improvement of scalable processes that enable us to deliver on growth KPIs and annual goals
  • Oversee tech stack integrations and implementation, and build processes to assist sales and marketing around our tech stack
  • Own the RevOps playbook including marketing to sales handoff processes, training and data dictionary
  • Understand and build the entire bow tie conversion funnel model to easily pinpoint opportunities
  • Support sales & marketing leadership through reporting for annual budget process

You’re perfect for this role if:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, customer success operations, or sales operations
  • You have proven analytical execution – experience with revenue side analytical (dashboards, KPIs, metrics, etc.) and technical requirements (ex: SFDC) of a revenue team
  • You have experience designing and owning critical business processes
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations leaders
  • You are a systems thinker, inclined to solve problems with product and automation using data
  • You have experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong or similar tools
  • You’re a wizard at Excel or Google sheets
  • You thrive at operating in a hyper growth environment, remaining flexible and willing to adjust when needed

Other information:

  • Location: Remote-first with hub offices in NYC, Chicago, Bay Area, and Kansas City. Travel expected to team offsites at least 4 times a year
  • Compensation: Up to $125k base salary + 20% target annual bonus
