The Solutions Architect (Growth & Strategy) role is a high-impact position that requires a technical leader who can thrive at the intersection of complex engineering and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will own the technical narrative of the deal, translating abstract client needs into structured, winnable solutions, and will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and other stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Background in a technical role such as Software Engineer, Systems Designer, or Business Analyst.
- Deep technical intuition with the ability to participate in and lead high-level architectural conversations.
- Proven ability to translate complex Software Engineering concepts into clear business value.
- Strategic influence to challenge and align senior stakeholders including the CTO and Technical Leads.
- Understanding of pricing logic, margin health, and commercial dynamics in services contracts.
- Experience supporting or leading complex sales cycles and enterprise-level discovery.
- Expertise in building structured, persuasive proposals that focus on strategic win themes.
- Clear, structured, and confident English communication skills for presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
