The Solutions Architect (Growth & Strategy) role is a high-impact position that requires a technical leader to bridge the gap between Sales and Delivery, translating client needs into structured, winnable solutions.
Requirements
- Background in a technical role such as Software Engineer, Systems Designer, or Business Analyst
- Deep technical intuition with the ability to participate in and lead high-level architectural conversations
- Proven ability to translate complex Software Engineering concepts into clear business value
- Strategic influence to challenge and align senior stakeholders including the CTO and Technical Leads
- Understanding of pricing logic, margin health, and commercial dynamics in services contracts
- Experience supporting or leading complex sales cycles and enterprise-level discovery
- Expertise in building structured, persuasive proposals that focus on strategic win themes
- Clear, structured, and confident English communication skills for presenting to executive-level stakeholders
