Who you are
- Charismatic, empathetic and a strong desire to succeed together
- 2+ years of quota carrying experience in fast paced B2B SaaS sales across Mid-Market and Enterprise
- 2+ years of managing a full sales cycle including your own cold outreach
- Natural executor of standardised sales process eg MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger
- Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company)
- Experience consistently closing transactions >$20k ACV
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to navigate complex deals and a busy pipeline
