Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to support our growing UK team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for all things RevOps — improving tools, streamlining processes, and helping sales and GTM teams operate more efficiently.

This role is about building in-region capability and ownership while staying strategically aligned with our global vision. You’ll work across platforms like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Chargebee – with the freedom to lead local improvements and own regional infrastructure while collaborating with global stakeholders where shared systems or reporting standards require alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Become the primary RevOps point of contact for the UK, owning day-to-day operations and local support for sales and GTM teams.
  • Localize global GTM strategies by adapting processes, tooling, and workflows to meet the needs of the UK business – while staying aligned with shared strategic priorities.
  • Manage and optimize key tools in the UK tech stack — including Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Chargebee, ensuring data quality, usage consistency, and overall system health.
  • Partner with US RevOps and Product stakeholders to align on overarching strategy, while maintaining the ability to execute tactically within the local operational context.
  • Act as the Outreach point person/admin for the UK team by handling configuration, data hygiene and cleanup, and workflow optimization.
  • Lead platform integration efforts for new tooling approved by the business, coordinating with vendors, Pro Services, and internal teams to get things up and running.
  • Oversee vendor relationships (e.g., ZoomInfo), owning comms, troubleshooting, and helping the UK team get the most from their tools.
  • Support sales prospecting workflows by ensuring tools, lead sources, and processes are efficient and aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure UK reporting is aligned with global definitions and accessible to local stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales leadership to scope and implement commissions tooling and resources by identifying the right solution, coordinating rollout, and managing ongoing support.
  • Design and maintain workflow automations using tools like Zapier — reducing manual effort and improving efficiency across GTM operations.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues across CRM, e-comm, billing, and scheduling platforms to help unblock the UK team quickly and effectively.
  • Lead process improvement efforts by spotting inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and executing improvements in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Work closely with US-based Ops, Data, and GTM teams to ensure alignment with global systems, workflows, and reporting structures.

Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

  • 3-5 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations role — ideally within a sales, B2B or tech-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or GTM tools (e.g. Outreach, Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Experience with basic workflow automation (e.g. Zapier), and an understanding of logical flows and integrations.
  • Strong communication skills — able to collaborate across sales, ops, and data teams, both locally and internationally.
  • Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of data hygiene, process consistency, and system upkeep.
  • Able to work independently, manage your time well, and make informed decisions with autonomy.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement — spotting inefficiencies and helping teams work smarter.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities — you stay calm, adaptable, and focused on solutions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):

  • Experience with Chargebee, Shopify, or other billing/e-commerce platforms.
  • Exposure to sales commissions tooling or involvement in compensation processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL or working alongside data/BI teams on reporting logic.
  • Prior involvement in vendor communications or platform implementation (e.g. managing relationships with ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.).
  • Experience managing or supporting new platform rollouts or integrations.
  • Understanding of UK/EU data handling practices in CRM and marketing contexts.
  • Comfort running light discovery or requirements-gathering for tools/platforms.

Compensation & Working Environment:

Base Salary: £75K – £85K (*DOE)

Environment: Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Office Location: 11 Staple Inn, London, WC1V 7QH
