Requirements
- Telesales: engage with 100 customers daily on the phone to upsell or cross-sell Turaco products
- Contact Center: explain technical product features and answer customer questions
- Product Knowledge: learn and understand all Turaco products and partnerships
- Claims Administration: initiate, investigate, and process claims
