Requirements
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Operations Associates
- Optimize day-to-day operations
- Manage team performance
- Improve processes for faster and high-quality service to customers
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Customer Operations Associates
- Prepare and present performance reports
- Resolve customer and team escalations
- Conduct CSAT surveys and lead initiatives to improve customer experience
