This is a new role we are introducing for Product Service Division in Singapore, which will be crucial for our efforts to become more competitive and provide our customers with the best possible experience. This role is designed to manage and steer the operational aspects of our sales process, encompassing key functions such as quotations, order processing, project costing, project management, and coordination between service and business lines.
The individual in this role will play a pivotal part in streamlining our operations and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between Product Service customers in Singapore, the Product Service sales teams in Singapore, and the relevant service lines in Singapore. By enhancing these processes, we aim to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and ultimately deliver superior service to our customers.
This role will be instrumental in driving our success with Product Service Division in Singapore and have a positive impact on the service levels we can offer to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Sales Support Team for: 1) Project costing, 2) Quotations, 3) Project Management, 4) Contract review, and other administrative actives after order and before execution
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels and customer satisfaction related to order execution
- Main touch-point between Business Lines ENE/IEP and Service Lines in Singapore
- Oversee and streamline sales support operations, leading a team of technical and administrative professionals to achieve targets and enhance sales and after-sales processes
- Develop and implement efficient tools, processes, and strategies to support sales teams and customer organizations in administrative tasks, including quotations, client database management, and event coordination
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business-related disciplines
- Experience in project costing, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance measurement
- Prior people management experience is a plus
- Experience in designing and implementing sales operation transformation would be advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems for planning, reporting, and forecasting
- Strong ability to lead and coach junior team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Meticulous and proactive, with strong planning, follow-up, organizational, and administrative skills
- Tactful and service-oriented, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
