Role Overview

TVS is an award-winning architecture and interior design firm seeking a Business Development Leader to strengthen its national presence and competitive position across key markets. The ideal candidate will work closely with firm principals and practice leaders to identify and pursue new project opportunities aligned with firm priorities and long-term market strategy.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Leader will identify and pursue new project opportunities, develop and drive win strategies, cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and consultants, and lead client follow-up efforts. They will also represent TVS at industry events, conferences, and professional organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, architecture, management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in business development, marketing, venue management, or related role within architecture, design, or professional services
• Strong understanding of the commercial architecture and design industry
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools (HubSpot, Deltek, or similar)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and sound judgment
• Highly organized and collaborative with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of venue management, preferred
• CVE certification, preferred
