Marketing Operations Administrator

Job Title

The Marketing Operations Administrator will provide administrative support to the BOLD marketing team, handling tasks such as budget management, contract approval, and event logistics. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and a desire to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, ideally with a marketing team
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage calendars and meetings across multiple time zones
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with event management and general project management experience is preferred
  • Experience with JDE (preferred)
