Requirements
- Consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer goods sector in matrix environment
- Developing a seamless consumer experience & creating a holistic brand ecosystem
- Creating best in class 360 brand activation (TV, social/digital, consumer engagements, PR/earned, in-store)
- Building and optimizing media plans to drive ROI with a focus on digital
- Managing a brand’s PnL & business objectives
- Analytics and creativity to continuously review, evolve, and optimize plans to the consumer, category, and customer.
- Leading and influencing internal cross-functional & external agency teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills
