Senior Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role

Uber for Business (U4B) is rapidly expanding and is looking for a strong experienced Sales Operations Analyst to partner with our Sales team to drive sales planning, build reporting and dashboards, evaluate/incentivize performance, and provide insights into the business. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by solving challenging business problems.

We need a strategic problem solver, with strong analytical and communication skills who is comfortable interacting with all levels, including executives, and across all functions. Prior experience working in Sales Strategy & Operations, business planning or corporate strategy at a high growth company is ideal.

What You’ll Do

• Provide insights to key decision makers across the organization by understanding performance of current Sales strategies while identifying areas for optimization
• Build frameworks for evaluating new strategies/initiatives and improve on existing ones
• Drive and coordinate robust and scalable sales planning process across the org
• Build dashboards and reporting to enhance visibility into performance and provide key insights/recommendations across the org
• Drive operational excellence and sales productivity by partnering with business stakeholders to identify, design, launch, and improve processes and systems
• Work closely with data infrastructure BI to define system requirements and to own and execute sales initiatives

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of Strategy, Operations, Sales Planning, Business Intelligence / Analytics work experience
• Excellent SQL / Excel skills; ability to work with large datasets from disparate databases and data warehouses
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with business partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience using Tableau or Looker
• Excellent business acumen, communication, partnership and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment. Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while working in the details
• Ability to influence outcomes, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
