About the Role

This is a hybrid role – the successful candidate will be expected to be in our Toronto office 50% of the time.

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Delivery Commercial Operations team in US & Canada to be the Sales Operations Leader for the Global Accounts and Enterprise segment. This role will be the primary sales operations partner to the Head of Global Accounts and Head of Enterprise in US & Canada, supporting a commercial organization that includes Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Solution Managers, Sales Managers, and others.

The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with sales operations expertise, strong financial acumen, technical skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leadership to design and execute the rhythm of the business.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, top deals reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop business requirements for process and tool enhancements.
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve business performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Sales Operations experience supporting complex enterprise go-to-market models.
  • 5+ years supporting Global Accounts with globally distributed teams.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in quota setting, sales forecasting, variable compensation, market segmentation, and GTM strategy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B companies.
  • MBA or advanced degree in economics, math, or business.
  • Proven ability to refine and implement sales processes.
  • Strong influencing skills with and without authority.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to execute strategically.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, and CRM systems.

Compensation

  • Canada: CAD $171,000 – $189,500
  • Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Seattle: USD $167,000 – $186,000
  • New York, San Francisco: USD $186,000 – $207,000
