About the Role

The Sales Operations team’s mission is to be the primary support function for Uber for Business’s GTM teams globally. We support and enable frontline GTM teams to sell, service more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the GTM process.

For the Sales Operations team supporting Uber Health, Uber for Business is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst. The successful candidate is a proactive and data driven problem solver who thrives under ambiguity and has experience with:

  • Driving growth through account management functions
  • Growing and scaling sales teams and processes
  • Developing GTM strategy
  • Working cross functionally with senior leadership, ideally in a matrixed organization

Candidates who have familiarity with/passion for Healthcare are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with sales leadership to own sales strategy and operations for Uber Health’s account management function
  • Work cross functionally to build Sales strategies and operational processes
  • Create, own, scale, and automate operational sales processes
  • Conduct business performance reviews with senior leadership
  • Influence and enforce rules of engagement across sales teams, handle disputes and overcome conflicts around territories and attainment crediting
  • Perform ad hoc analysis, build dashboards, and effectively communicate results

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of strategy and operations experience with 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python to manage large sets of unstructured data and synthesize into business insights using Excel or Google Suite
  • Experience with account management functions in rapidly growing organizations
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience working directly with senior sales leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and growing an account management function within a rapidly growing business
  • Experience with the US Healthcare industry
    Experience in the Technology/Healthcare Technology industries

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year – USD$137,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
