As a Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution of B2B and B2C lead generation for ucm, a platform providing temporary workforce solutions. You’ll work with AI tools, run paid social campaigns, and drive repeatable growth mechanics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid social or growth marketing at scale
• Deep affinity for AI tools and automation
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with attribution models and tracking setups
