Customer Experience Advocate I interacts directly with customers to provide a quality experience and handle customer inquiries, order processing, and complaints in a contact center environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and within contact center teams
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good judgment and independent decision making
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Effective communication in English
- Efficient and accurate use of computer-based tools and programs
