Customer Experience Advocate I interacts directly with customers to provide a quality experience and handle customer inquiries, order processing, and complaints in a contact center environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and within contact center teams
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good judgment and independent decision making
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Effective communication in English
  • Efficient and accurate use of computer-based tools and programs
