The Principal, Global BDR Enablement role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the performance of the BDR’s and provides a point of coordination for go-to-market leadership. The role requires a deep understanding of selling, sales leadership, methodologies, processes, and selling tools. It also requires an understanding of how people learn and an ability to coach as needed to higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement, preferably in a B2B software environment
- Strong understanding of various sales methodologies and best practices and experience in global enablement programs
- 5+ years of proven ability to create, curate, develop, and facilitate high-quality learning and go-to-market content across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders globally
- Data-driven approach to decision making and program development
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and insights to enhance sales productivity, personalize enablement programs, and scale learning and coaching effectiveness
- Willingness to Travel between 10% – 15% of the time
- Sales Qualification Framework: MEDDPICC preferred
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
