Unison is a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm looking for a Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions across Greece.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
• Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
• Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with real estate closing processes
• Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV
• Experience in sectors such as real estate, telecoms, renewables, infrastructure, or financing
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high integrity, strong negotiation skills, focus on results, and comfort working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
