Head of External Adviser Partnerships

Head of External Adviser Partnerships responsible for leading UniSuper’s external adviser partnerships to drive growth, strengthen adviser experience, and ensure alignment with Trustee and regulatory obligations. The role involves setting strategic direction, building senior-level relationships, and embedding UniSuper within the IFA technology ecosystem. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial services distribution, adviser partnerships, and business development, with a strong understanding of the independent financial adviser market and business models.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial services distribution, adviser partnerships or business development
• Proven success growing inflows and market share through adviser channels
• Strong understanding of the independent financial adviser market and business models
• Experience working with adviser technology ecosystems in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated people leadership and senior stakeholder management capability
• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance or a related field
