Join our Lake Worth team as a Front of House Associate, where youll be the face of the store, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive revenue through solution-based selling. If youre people-focused, sales-driven, and motivated by incentives, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

  • Create a welcoming, professional customer experience
  • Check in devices; explain repair options, pricing & timelines
  • Promote protection plans, accessories & additional services
  • Meet and exceed store sales goals
  • Provide updates and build customer trust through pickup
  • Manage POS transactions and organized front-of-house operations
  • Support overall store and team performance

What You Bring

  • Sales, retail, or customer service experience
  • Confidence in connecting with customers and closing sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset and incentive-driven
  • Basic smartphone/consumer tech knowledge (preferred)
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable in fast-paced retail
  • Flexible availability (evenings & weekends)
