As a Sales Engineer, you will communicate technical deliverables to customers, partner with sales teams to uncover revenue opportunities, and educate internal teams and customers on Uniti products and services.
Requirements
- Communicate technical deliverables to all levels within a customer’s organization
- Partner with sales and account teams to uncover new or incremental revenue opportunities
- Educate internal teams and customers on Uniti products and services and network designs
- Collaborate with account development to create valuable proposals
- Prepare and provide technical documentation and support to the customer account
- Attend customer meetings to share knowledge of telecommunications technologies
- Follow market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for the team to prospect new business and increase revenue
- Define achievable success criteria and convert proof of concept and evaluation engagements to long term customers
