As an Account Manager at Univar Solutions, you will be responsible for all existing accounts within your territory (Greater Toronto Area) and be tasked with leading initiatives that drive business growth. This includes creating and fostering relationships with our existing and potential customers.
Requirements
- Call on established and prospective customers to sell company products and services.
- Proactively plan customer visits 1-2 weeks in advance.
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Grow our industrial footprint within the Greater Toronto Area by meeting with customers consistently in order to strengthen client relationships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to key stakeholders
- Co-ordinate with Customer Service and Operations to maintain customer service levels.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage customer information during all planning phases.
- Other tasks as assigned.
