AVP, Data Analyst

Role Overview

The AVP, Data Analyst will be part of the WB Portfolio Management Unit (PMU) that focuses on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The role will involve developing and managing WB scorecard models, conducting portfolio analytics, and providing forecasting to support business decision-making.

What You Will Do

The AVP, Data Analyst will perform data analytics, including Basel EL and RWA analysis, and provide forecasting to support business decision-making. They will also conduct regulatory stress testing, prepare analytical reports, and monitor key metrics for capital adequacy assessment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, computational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. They will also have proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and basic Python knowledge is an advantage.

Requirements

• Background in quantitative or technical field (Actuarial, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering)
• 4-5 years of experience in Analytics and Python
• Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Python or R
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as PowerBI and Qliksense
• Analytical mind and attention to detail
• Strong team player and understanding of Basel and credit knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
