Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the front of the revenue engine, opening conversations with home service business owners and booking qualified demos for our sales team. This is a high-activity, phone-first outbound role.
What You Will Do
Run consistent daily outbound, book and qualify demos, execute assigned sequences, and maintain data hygiene. Research and prioritize accounts, tell a clear story about the revenue UpSmith surfaces, and handle objections with confidence.
