Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the front of the revenue engine, opening conversations with home service business owners and booking qualified demos for our sales team. This is a high-activity, phone-first outbound role.

What You Will Do

Run consistent daily outbound, book and qualify demos, execute assigned sequences, and maintain data hygiene. Research and prioritize accounts, tell a clear story about the revenue UpSmith surfaces, and handle objections with confidence.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in outbound sales, an SDR/BDR seat, or another high-volume phone role

  • Coachable, competitive, and genuinely driven to win
