Manager – FP&A

UpEquity is seeking a Manager, FP&A to join their growing team. The role will involve building out the finance function, driving CFO-related workstreams, and working closely with the CEO to research and execute on new initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor
• Previous work experience in consulting, private equity or investment banking, and/or venture capital
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A
• Previous experience (and a high level of proficiency) using Excel
• Proven ability to act autonomously
• Intellectual curiosity to present new ideas and think outside the box
• Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the real estate / mortgage industry (no prior experience necessary)
