Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven track record of managing high-volume portfolios via digital-first strategies
- Strong commercial mindset
- Technical familiarity with CRM and automation platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills
- Analytical proficiency in interpreting large datasets and customer health signals
