The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset and technical expertise in cybersecurity or a related field. The role involves managing customer journeys from onboarding to renewal, scaling platform adoption, and driving upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume portfolios via digital-first strategies
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Technical familiarity with CRM and automation platforms
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills
  • Analytical proficiency in interpreting large datasets and customer health signals
