Role Overview
Uprite is looking for a Technical Account Manager to own the day-to-day success of a defined book of client accounts. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be the primary point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of Uprite clients.
What You Will Do
Run recurring client meetings, build and maintain technology roadmaps, identify and propose solutions to reduce client risk, and own the sales pipeline for your accounts.

Requirements
- 5+ years in an MSP or IT services environment
- Experience owning client or account relationships
- Comfort discussing budgets, risk, and priorities with business owners and leadership
- Sales instincts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
