Urban Connect is looking for a Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to take ownership of the company’s lead generation and marketing function and scale it properly. The successful candidate will design and own the lead generation strategy, plan and execute online presence and marketing campaigns, create compelling marketing content, and work closely with the commercial team to align marketing efforts with the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
- A track record of building and executing lead generation campaigns
- Strong content creation skills
- Experience with marketing (automation) and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Comfortable with analytics
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex tech/mobility topics into clear, engaging messaging
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
