The Dealer Services Sales Manager drives dealer engagement and adoption of leasing and buyback programs through on-site training, relationship development, and hands-on dealership support.
Requirements
- Conduct on-site dealership visits to train and educate sales teams and leadership on leasing processes, buyback programs, and deal structuring
- Plan daily and weekly travel schedules, including dealership visit planning, execution, and end-of-day debriefs
- Partner closely with Relationship Account Managers (RAMs) during blitzes to ensure continuity, strong handoff, and sustained dealer performance
