Small Business Connect Sales Manager overseeing a team of Virtual Small Business Connect Specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses through outbound calling activities, with a focus on One Bank strategy and growing market share.
Requirements
- Typically a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of sales management experience
- Strong relationship management, sales management, coaching, and new business development abilities
- Thorough knowledge of Small Business Banking products and services
- Effective recruiting and talent building skills
- High level of expertise in customer communication and presentation skills
- Previous sales leadership experience
- Previous remote and multi-site management experience preferred
