Sales Operations Analytics Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced, international organisation supporting EMEA sales operations and strategic planning initiatives.

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, performance insights, and data-driven decision-making across regional sales teams.

The successful candidate will combine strong SQL expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, and business review materials (monthly/quarterly)
• Support target-setting, forecasting, and tracking of regional sales goals
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using large and complex datasets
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, resource allocation, and operating models
• Support execution of global initiatives at regional and local levels
• Drive operational rigor and continuous improvement across sales processes

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–7 years’ experience in a quantitative or analytical role (e.g., sales operations, commercial analytics, corporate strategy, consulting, or investment banking)
• Advanced SQL skills (extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Proven experience influencing stakeholders at multiple organisational levels
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience presenting insights to leadership and driving data-informed decisions

Preferred Experience

• Experience in technology, digital, or high-growth environments
• Exposure to sales performance management or revenue operations
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related analytical discipline
