This position is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services and for building relationships with new and managing existing accounts to help FreshPoint customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals.
Requirements
- Account Management: Day to Day contact for Customer: Customer & Order Inquiries, Manage Customers to MDA Compliance & Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Increase Share of Wallet with Existing Customers via: Face-time with Customer to identify customer desires/goals, evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers
- Manage activities initiated by FreshPoint CMU HOME team including maintaining customer order guides, LTOs, Red Alerts, etc.
- Sysco 360: utilize the CRM tool for account management, opportunity tracking, task management, logging and maintaining key customer data
- Ongoing Training: Sysco360, Tableau Reporting, Penetration Tools, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Stay current on existing and new FreshPoint technologies (i.e. GoFreshPoint, e-Commerce capabilities, Tableau, 360, etc.)
