• Works with Partner Management, Sales, Account Management, business stakeholders, and external partners to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements
• Establishes metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of projects
• Contributes to business process improvement and policy analysis work for corporate strategic initiatives
